BODY SPECIFICATIONS: External Body Dimensions:5 200mm (Length) X 2 500mm (Width) X 2 400mm (Height) Double rear doors: Fully opening double rear doors fitted into a 3Cr12 rear door frame complete with our independent rubber door seals, heavy-duty container door hinges and locking poles. Door securing T-catches and D-rubber bumpers fitted to each door to prevent damage when swinging open. Insulation: Sides, front and rear will be insulated with a polyurethane insulation and additional ply reinforcing to add strength. Roof and floor insulated with waterproof polystyrene insulation. Suitable reinforcing in roof for four (4) rows galvanized meat rails. Floor: G.R.P. external skin, reinforcing between insulation foam with 12mm FINN Plywood to secure floor against forklift and pallet jack loading. Final finish will be handlayed G.R.P. with anti-skid final coat that will continue 300mm up sides to serve as an internal laminated kick plate for inner wall protection.
